Hi! I’m Tilde, a 25-year-old Swede who recently moved back to Sweden after spending time studying and working abroad in London and Nairobi. I currently work mostly remotely from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and means I can give dogs plenty of company and attention throughout the day.

I’ve always been a big dog lover and grew up around dogs. Over the years, I’ve regularly looked after my grandma’s Cocker Spaniel and my uncle’s Labradors. I also have around a year of experience through Pawshake, caring for dogs of different ages, sizes and personalities – from an energetic Cockapoo puppy to an older Labrador and a Greyhound.

I’m an active person and love being outdoors, so walks are one of my favourite parts of dog sitting. I normally adapt the length and pace to the individual dog, from shorter relaxed walks for older dogs to longer walks of around 45 minutes for more energetic dogs. I’m also happy to take several walks throughout the day and enjoy exploring parks, green areas and quieter walking routes.

Since I work mainly from home, dogs are rarely left alone for long periods when staying with me. If I do need to go out, I always adapt this to what the dog is used to and what the owner is comfortable with. I’m happy to follow their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, rest, play and any specific habits or instructions.

For daycare or overnight stays, I want my home to feel like a second home rather than a kennel. Dogs are welcome to relax with me while I work, play, cuddle on the sofa and settle wherever they feel comfortable. I’m also happy to keep owners updated with photos and messages so you know how your dog is doing.

I’m responsible, caring and comfortable adapting to each dog’s personality and needs, whether that means lots of exercise and attention or a slower, calmer day. Most importantly, I want your dog to feel safe, relaxed and at home with me – with plenty of attention, walks and cuddles along the way! 🐶❤️
